30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Returns & Refunds

The customers pay the return shipping costs. Fairy Home does not cover return shipping costs.

  • Contact us at info@fairyhome.dk to state the reason for your return.

  • You will receive a confirmation email providing the return address for our location in Denmark.

  • Send the item back in unused condition and in its original packaging. We accept return orders via both home delivery and nearby parcel shops (pick-up points) associated with our provided address.

  • We will notify you by email once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved.

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of the approved return. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the payment.

Fairy Home cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail. We recommend that you keep all delivery and tracking information until the refund has been processed. 

Unannounced returns are not accepted and will be subject to a fine of 100 DKK + shipping costs.

Damaged Goods

Please report any damage to received goods within 24 hours, including photos and proof of purchase.
