DELIVERY TIME

Processing time: 1–2 business days

Delivery to Sweden: 3-7 business days

Delivery to Norway: 4-7 business days

During busy periods, processing times may be longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace number, allowing you to track and locate your package.

DELIVERY DELAYS Fairy Home cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the delivery company. In the event of delays, please track your package or send an email to fairyhomedk@gmail.com.

TRACKING Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace number via email, allowing you to follow and locate your package. If you provide your mobile number during checkout, you will also receive updates via SMS. You can track your order using your order number or tracking number at: https://fairyhome.dk/apps/track123.

PLEASE NOTE We cannot be held responsible for typos or errors in your address, house number, email, phone number, or other personal information related to the shipment. If your order is returned to us due to such errors, we can resend it (new shipping costs will apply).

FAILURE TO COLLECT If the recipient fails to collect their package and it is returned to our warehouse, reshipment will be at the customer's expense.
